Moisture along with various finishing agents are applied with foam, which is applied on the rubber conveyor evenly by the oscillating feed pipe system. Uniform layer of foam across width is ensured by the doctor blade, which is sucked uniformly by a vacuum pump which ensures uniform pickup on the width and length of the fabric.
Some of the constructional features of this denim include: fabric passes through cylinder drier and with the help of moisture controller provided, moisture content in the fabric is brought down to the required level before entry into the rubber belt unit, which is of heavy duty construction to handle denim fabrics. An anti-skew unit provided with heavy duty motors along with nip which ensures correct skew in the fabric before shrinking. The entire range if totally plc-controlled with touch screen and automatic control of all process parameters. The denim finishing range can process up to 50 m/min, depending on the weight of the denim fabric. In wet finishing line, finishing chemicals are impregnated in heavy duty padder followed by pneumatically operated stretch device and skew control unit.
